Huaraches are a thicker and more oblong version of the corn tortilla, which looks like a sandal or “huarache”. The recipe is basically the same, you just shape if differently and you don’t have to worry about the thickness of the “tortilla”. Top with contrasting textures and flavors and dinner is served!
